That means covering the lab expenses and pending your drug formulary, a copay at the pharmacy. When it comes down to a visit, with the physician, insurance does NOT cover this type of treatment. Unlike most Hormone Clinics, we do NOT charge a monthly membership fee, and we are always willing to work with the patient. We want you feeling your best just as much as you do.
